Mexico Crusade

Michelle and I spent our Spring Break this year on a mission trip to Juarez, Mexico. We went with 70 something other people from the Panhandle Baptist Association. We were split up into teams of 4-5 people and went into 15 churches throughout the Valley of Juarez. Throughout the week we would go door-to-door, make special visits, and attend revival services in the evenings. The last day we either went to the market or spent one last morning at our churches. That night we had a joint service with all 15 churches and all of the crusaders. We had an amazing time and thank everyone who prayed for us that week. The people in the churches have such great attitudes, being as they have so little. It really makes me think about my attitude and greatfulness for what I have. We saw an accident that week that really made us think. It made us remember that life is short and we can't take anything for granted. God gives us soo many opportunities to make relationships and witness to people. We cannot pass up those opportunities because we never know if we will get another opportunity.
